Job Summary
On-site Maintenance Technician at the Big Creek apartment community in Parma Heights, OH. Maintain the overall appearance of the community and safety of residents; respond to a wide range of residential service requests; perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, building exteriors and appliances; collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure residents are proud to call the community home. Live on-site in a provided 2-bedroom suite; comprehensive benefits and paid CFC/EPA certification class; requires a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years in multifamily apartment maintenance
- Knowledge and experience repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry items, building exteriors and appliances
- Dedication to exceeding the needs of all customers with an ability to build and maintain relationships
- Demonstrate thoroughness, self-motivation and organization
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and on -call hours
- EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) and substantial experience in making HVAC related repairs
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
