Job Summary
Perform maintenance requests involving plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, and HVAC preventative maintenance. Repair or replace kitchen appliances, fixtures, electrical components, and lock systems while operating hand and power tools. Track service requests through software systems and maintain the maintenance shop inventory. Assist in keeping grounds, common areas, and pools organized. Collaborate with the Lead Maintenance Technician on daily priorities and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed. Work full-time Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment Maintenance experience
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or an EPA/HVAC license
- Available Full-time, Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 6 PM (hours may vary slightly)
- Available for emergencies as needed
