Job Summary
Maintenance Technician will perform repair and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems for apartment homes. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing heating/cooling units, replacing filters and cleaning coils, servicing kitchen appliances (refrigerators, stoves, washers/dryers, ovens, microwaves), plumbing repairs from sinks to fixtures, electrical fixture work, lock changes and door hardware, hand/power tool usage, maintaining a clean maintenance shop, tracking service requests in software, and assisting with common areas and grounds. Requires collaboration with Lead Maintenance Technician, and availability for emergency maintenance. Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience and HVAC or EPA license; full-time schedule (Mon-Fri 9 AM–6 PM; hours may vary). Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or an EPA/HVAC license
- Available Full-time, Monday – Friday 9 AM – 6 PM (hours may vary slightly)
- Available for emergencies as needed
