Job Summary
Troubleshoot equipment, determine appropriate repairs, and replace faulty components to ensure continuous production processes. Perform preventative maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and CNC saws according to established schedules. Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, and engineering specifications to complete maintenance tasks while documenting actions and communicating irregularities to work teams. Assist in the installation and upgrading of new machinery and equipment as needed. This role requires a safety mindset and strong mechanical aptitude, reporting to Maintenance Leadership. Required Qualifications
- 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician in a production floor environment
- Safety mindset

- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Mechanical plant maintenance including the repair and installation of machinery and equipment
- Ability to diagnose and repair equipment controlled by PLC's and interpret ladder logic programs
- Troubleshoot to determine appropriate repairs including the replacement of defective parts
- Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot problems using prints
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, English major preferred
