Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for repairs and maintenance of mechanical and electrical components across diverse sites (apartment buildings, hospitals, universities, retail environments). Responsibilities include repairing/replacing faulty components, diagnosing mechanical issues, installing new machinery, and performing preventive maintenance per schedule. Must have electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, PLC experience, and ability to troubleshoot and upgrade equipment as directed by supervisor. Will work under the Maintenance Manager to support continuous production processes and contribute to project improvements across multiple facilities.
