Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for apartment maintenance, preventative tasks, turnovers, and service requests to ensure move-in readiness, safety, and habitability. Duties include completing work orders promptly and accurately, performing repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and fixtures, conducting inspections of units and common areas, maintaining pool equipment, adhering to safety standards (OSHA, PPE), participating in on-call rotations, and delivering professional resident service. Requires strong attention to detail, time management, and communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors/in varying conditions. Training and on-site collaboration with the Service Manager and Community Director, with potential for career growth at Acme Residential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of property maintenance experience (multi-family preferred)
- HVAC, boiler, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair experience preferred
