Job Summary
Responsibilities include performing basic home repairs such as troubleshooting, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repair. The technician will assist property managers, owners, and guests by recording and remitting completed work orders, and making proper notations on each order. The role requires the ability to work independently, maintain a positive attitude, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and handle various physical activities throughout the workday. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K match, PTO, and sick leave.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Strong organization skills
- Must know how to use hand tools and small electrical power tools
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic administrative skills including reading, writing and math
- Obeys all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
- Able to keep an accurate inventory of work vehicle/stock
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
