Job Summary
Complete maintenance work orders for residential and commercial properties, including troubleshooting appliances, performing apartment turns, and executing plumbing, electrical, drywall, and finish carpentry repairs. Install cabinets, flooring, and appliances while managing landscape maintenance and irrigation systems. Respond to occasional emergencies, conduct preventive maintenance and property inspections, and maintain tools and inventory. Work independently with minimal supervision to ensure excellent service for tenants across San Diego County.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance or handyman experience
- Apartment maintenance or Property management maintenance
- Clean driving record
- Good communication skills
- 3+ years experience
- Demonstrated ability to sweat copper
- Demonstrated ability for light electrical
- Demonstrated ability to make high quality drywall repairs
- Demonstrated ability to do professional looking finish work
- Valid California driver's license
- Reliable transportation
