Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers for residential apartment buildings. Respond to work orders timely while maintaining building interiors, exteriors, and grounds. Perform appliance installation, troubleshoot appliances, and service plumbing fixtures and basic HVAC systems. Manage on-call and weekend rotations with superior communication skills to ensure high customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications
- On-call and weekend rotation
