Maintenance Technician

Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical, and related maintenance activities, including repairing wallpaper, carpet, sheetrock, doors, and finishes. Tend furnace, air-conditioning, and boiler equipment, replace AC filters, and program HVAC controllers. Respond promptly to guest service requests and inspect guest rooms and common areas, reporting major issues to the Chief Engineer. Maintain a clean and safe pool area, monitor utility meter readings daily, and keep accurate records of work completed. Complete standard preventative maintenance procedures and maintain inventory of supplies and parts. Notify management of major repairs for lighting, heating, or ventilation systems. Learn and follow all emergency, safety, equipment operation, and lockout/tag-out procedures while maintaining files of Material Safety Data Sheets. Uphold company policies, uniform standards, and professional guest interaction. Support O'Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Team Member Satisfaction, Health & Wellness, and Safety initiatives. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be available to respond to emergencies during off-hours. Valid driver's license required.
