Job Summary
Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC filter changes. Execute general construction tasks like painting and carpentry for tenant improvements. Conduct janitorial duties including cleaning rooms, hallways, elevators, and parking lots, plus snow removal and grounds work. Assist with third-party vendor access and coordinate emergency maintenance responses. Follow all safety and OSHA policies while working independently with minimal supervision. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and customer service orientation. Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM. On-call availability for after-hours emergencies or snow removal.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must be able to work as part of a team and have a can-do attitude
- Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards
- Ability to use common tools
- Ability to understand and follow directions as given
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, use sound judgement and effectively management time and job responsibilities
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- VALID DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED
