Maintenance Technician - Novel Nona

Maintenance Technician role performing technical and mechanical work to ensure building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include diagnosing defects from service requests and preventative maintenance, completing the make-ready process for vacant units, inventory management, obtaining supplies, documenting work orders, and assisting with grounds and painting tasks. Requires following OSHA safety policies, conducting property inspections, and coordinating with vendors/contractors as needed. EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications (and other state/local certifications) and a valid driver’s license are required. Incumbents must be able to work on-site in Orlando, FL with occasional travel to support other properties; flexibility for after-hours on-call shifts is noted.
