Maintenance Technician - Novel Mallard Creek

Maintains/building systems and grounds as a Maintenance Technician at Novel Mallard Creek. Performs technical and mechanical work to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the property; completes resident work orders and preventative maintenance, conducts make-ready inspections for vacant units, creates punch lists, and coordinates vendors and materials; documents work orders for tracking; assists in maintaining grounds and common areas (pressure washing, painting curbs and signage, general cleaning); follows safety and OSHA requirements, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor for reorders. Requires EPA refrigerant certifications, state/local certifications as required, and a valid driver’s license; must be able to stand/walk/bend and lift up to 25 pounds normally and 50 pounds with assistance; willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
