Job Summary
Complete maintenance service requests and work orders covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping items. Perform apartment turnovers for scheduled move-ins while maintaining high professionalism with residents and vendors. Handle after-hours emergency calls and be on-call for nights, weekends, and holidays. Work inside and outside in all weather conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds, and may operate a golf cart. Requires prior experience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and painting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors
- Must be able to work nights, weekend, and holiday shifts as part of the on-call responsibility
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and climb, bend, and squat
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to operate a golf cart on the property
