Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall; respond to and prioritize resident work orders; prepare vacant units for new residents; maintain exterior grounds and perform pool maintenance; conduct property walk-throughs and on-call emergency maintenance; attend staff meetings and trainings; must provide personal hand and power tools; EPA certification preferred; schedule Monday–Friday with on-call rotation; benefits include health, vision, dental, and life insurance; requires HS diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license
- EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
