Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall issues while responding to resident work orders and preparing vacant units. Maintain exterior grounds, conduct property walk-throughs, and perform on-call duties for emergency maintenance requests. Execute technical tasks including appliance repair, cabinetry installation, circuit breaker replacement, system cleaning, and pool/spa care using personal hand and power tools. Work Monday through Friday on an 8-hour shift with an on-call rotation required for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of prior maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift
- On-call rotation required for emergencies
- Must provide personal hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, screwdrivers, plumbing tools)
- Detail-oriented
- Dependable
- Self-motivated
