Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance, painting, and drywall issues while responding to resident work orders and preparing vacant units. Maintain exterior grounds including seasonal pool care, conduct property walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs, and perform on-call duties for emergency requests. Execute specific tasks such as installing cabinetry, replacing circuit breakers, cleaning HVAC coils, and testing pool chemicals using provided hand and power tools. Requires EPA certification preferred, Monday through Friday schedule with on-call rotation, and includes direct deposit, health benefits, and rent discount.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of prior maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift
- On-call rotation required for emergencies
- Must provide personal hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, screwdrivers, plumbing tools)
