Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall issues while responding to resident work orders and preparing vacant units. Maintain exterior grounds including seasonal pool maintenance, conduct property walk-throughs to identify problems, and perform on-call duties for emergency requests. Execute specific technical tasks such as appliance repair, carpentry installation, electrical replacements, HVAC system cleaning and repairs, plumbing fixture work, and pool/spa care. Requires EPA certification preferred, valid driver's license, and personal tools. Monday through Friday shifts with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of prior maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift
- On-call rotation required for emergencies
- Must provide personal hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, screwdrivers, plumbing tools)
- Detail-oriented
- Dependable
- Self-motivated
