Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repair, upkeep, and preventative maintenance for assigned locations, ensuring maximum uptime and efficient management of scheduled and unscheduled repairs. Key responsibilities include servicing carwash equipment, managing parts inventory, coaching site personnel on equipment performance, and maintaining a company vehicle safely. Ideal candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have at least two years of maintenance experience, and demonstrate proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and familiarity with OSHA standards are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Minimum two years’ experience in a comprehensive maintenance role, ideally in an industrial or car wash setting
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
- Demonstrated experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing
- Able to pass background check to operate company provided vehicle
- Knowledge of basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship
- Welding experience
