Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for industrial upkeep of manufacturing equipment, performing scheduled preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs, diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and electronic systems, reading blueprints, and operating electrical hand tools while working in a warm environment during the night shift. Requires standing, reaching, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work in a team; shift emphasizes start-up operations, equipment procedures, and adherence to safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or GED equivalent
- 4 years of hands-on industrial maintenance
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and work from blueprints
- Demonstrates problem identification and problem-solving skills
- Must adhere to safety guidelines and foster a safe work culture
- Ability to complete paperwork
