Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment while responding to emergency repairs and completing scheduled preventive maintenance. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues by reading schematics, interpreting work orders, and testing systems to minimize downtime. Safely operate tools and material handling devices to fabricate parts and replace defective components, ensuring all operations adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and apply mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical conduct and workplace safety
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and clearly report issues
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality, and minimizing downtime
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift and/or move items over 75 pounds
- Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of related maintenance or technical experience preferred
