Job Summary
Provide industrial maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure proper operation and safety; perform scheduled preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs across electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and mechanical systems; diagnose, troubleshoot, and adjust equipment; interpret blueprints and use electrical hand tools and measuring devices; operate within company procedures and safety guidelines; lead by example and collaborate in a team-oriented, safety-conscious environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or GED equivalent
- 4 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and work from blueprints
- Must accurately complete all paperwork
- Adherence to safety guidelines and foster a safe work culture
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills
