Job Summary
Maintenance Technician Night Shift responsible for installing, testing, repairing, and maintaining plant production machinery, support equipment, building, and other systems across the site to sustain optimal operation and productivity. Performs troubleshooting using test equipment and hand tools, installs conduits and wiring to breakers/transformers, repairs or replaces wiring and fixtures, inspects electrical systems for hazards, and may perform related tasks such as fabrication, welding, mechanical, plumbing, or carpentry work. Requires reading blueprints/schematics, performing preventative maintenance, managing materials per work orders/PM schedules, and adhering to environmental, safety, and health rules. Starts at $27/hour with potential variation based on knowledge and experience; benefits and company values emphasized. Notable focus on ISO calibration, safety, and collaboration with maintenance and production teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years manufacturing work experience and/or 1 year Maintenance Technician experience with process control & instrumentation, power distribution, machine controls
- Forklift Certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, maintenance manuals
- ISO Calibration for plant production equipment
- Ability to work independently and with others; strong safety and EHS adherence
