Maintenance Technician

Perform skilled mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs on facilities, machinery, and equipment using manuals and schematics to analyze and troubleshoot systems. Adhere to established safety policies, assist in safety training, and aid in developing preventative maintenance programs with accurate documentation. Complete adjustments, repairs, or installations of new systems, manage parts ordering, and respond to employee service requests. Train operators on facility systems for emergency situations and maintain campus aesthetics by cleaning buildings and clearing roads. Ensure adequate supply levels for maintenance functions.
