Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for completing maintenance work orders, assisting with groundskeeping, supporting apartment turnovers (including minor repairs, grab bar installation, toilet replacements, carpet/pad removal), and performing general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, hanging fixtures, replacing air filters, and conducting small carpentry or plumbing repairs. Performs routine preventive maintenance on equipment as directed by the Maintenance Director. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience; HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing experience is a plus but not required. Lift up to 25 pounds; maintain a safe and clean work environment. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance and PTO.
