Job Summary
Inspect homes to maintain functional systems and detect malfunctions, performing minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs using hand, power, and specialty tools. Reconfigure, install, and remount home furniture and electronics while documenting all work and recommendations in company software systems. Report any maintenance issues or accidents immediately and maintain required documents for the main office. Weekends are required, and candidates must possess a valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience. This role supports the 360 Blue and Callista team at Natural Retreats in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, focusing on routine upkeep across carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing fields.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of audio/visual, electrical, plumbing, mechanics, and appliance repair
- Proficiency in technology, such as cell phones and basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- 3+ years of driving experience
- good driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Ability to be active up to 85% of the work day
- Basic organizational skills to effectively record and catalogue documents on work performed
- Ability to work alone and part of a team
- Proactive and flexible in approach to job duties and problem-solving
- Weekend availability
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screening
- Consent to undergo a background check
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC Certification
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of internet routers
