Maintenance Technician

Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul equipment while performing preventative maintenance and routine electrical and mechanical problem solving on process and packaging machinery. Effectively communicate with operators, peers, supervisors, and management, and complete all duties assigned by the team leader. Adhere strictly to safety policies including Lock-out/Tag-out and confined space procedures. Requires a high school diploma or GED, with mandatory experience in machine operation, material handling, production, or warehouse roles; one to three years in manufacturing is preferred. No manufacturing experience is required as on-the-job training is provided. Employees must be able to repeatedly lift up to 10lbs and occasionally up to 30lbs. Hourly pay includes shift differential, annual wage increases, and production bonuses, with comprehensive medical and dental benefits.
