Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Foxfire Property Management is responsible for routine and emergency maintenance of property systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical), addressing repairs reported by tenants, and responding to after-hours calls. The role includes upkeep of common areas and units, vendor coordination for specialized work, documentation of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety regulations, and delivering professional customer service. Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in maintenance, with a focus on property management or residential/commercial buildings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment related to maintenance and repair.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

- Availability for on-call emergency maintenance as needed.
