Job Summary
Supervise make-ready technicians, service staff, groundskeepers, and housekeepers while collaborating with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and liability concerns. Train maintenance personnel, oversee contractor and vendor performance, and identify safety hazards to ensure timely corrective actions. Maintain the visual appeal and operational integrity of grounds, buildings, and apartment units. Requires 24/7 on-call availability for emergencies, a valid driver's license, and HVAC and EPA certifications. Minimum two years of property management maintenance experience is essential.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property management
- Must have HVAC and EPA certification
- Ability to be available for on-call emergencies 24/7
