Job Summary
Perform ongoing maintenance on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general property components. Diagnose and complete repairs for work orders and service requests, handling interior and exterior fixes for fixtures, appliances, and structural elements. Prepare apartment homes for new residents within required timelines and ensure units meet company quality standards. Maintain lighting, irrigation systems, pools, and overall grounds while keeping the maintenance shop clean, organized, and safe. Participate in on-call rotation to respond to after-hours emergencies and support special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience
- Valid Driver's License
