Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for keeping UFC GYM facilities and fitness equipment safe, pristine, and operational. Responsibilities include daily safety walk-throughs, preventative maintenance with OSHA-aligned checks, maintaining equipment history files, procuring repair parts within budget, and executing special facility projects under General Manager and Operations Manager guidance. Requires knowledge of HVAC and/or electrical systems with strong mechanical aptitude, prior gym/health club maintenance experience, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills to minimize disruption to members. Must be punctual with reliable scheduling, and hold or obtain CPR/AED certification; ability to stand, bend, lift, and move up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to complete during onboarding)
- Proven technical experience in building maintenance or equipment repair
- Experience in gym/health club environment
