Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for safety walk-throughs, preventative maintenance in accordance with OSHA/PM guidelines, equipment history management, procurement within budget, and executing facility upgrades as directed by management. Requires general knowledge of HVAC and/or electrical systems, strong mechanical aptitude, gym/health club maintenance experience, effective communication and time-management, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proven technical experience in building maintenance or equipment repair
- Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to complete during onboarding)
- Physical capability to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy gym equipment up to 50 lbs. as required
