Job Summary
Conduct maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities, analyzing and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems to minimize downtime. Execute preventive maintenance program tasks with engineering personnel while maintaining supplies and spare parts inventory. Uphold ISO-9001 standards and safety protocols during all duties, including climbing overhead structures and working in close quarters. Participate in Lean initiatives for continuous improvement and assist in training other employees. Serve on the Manufacturing team or Safety Committee as needed, with 24/7 on-call availability for emergencies. Requires three years of maintenance experience in electronics, electrical, or refrigeration.
