Job Summary
Maintenance Technician to support safe operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of facility and production equipment. Responsibilities include safety/compliance, LOTO procedures, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing machinery, PMs, electrical and mechanical systems maintenance, plumbing and HVAC, welding and fabrication, vendor coordination, and teamwork across departments. Emphasis on safety culture, equipment reliability, and facility infrastructure, with opportunities to expand technical skills and certifications. Includes base pay of $25/hour DOE, full-time benefits, and E-Verify; located in Boise, ID.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, Trade Certification (e.g., Welding), or equivalent preferred
- 1–2 years of maintenance or related technical experience, or equivalent combination of education and training
- Basic knowledge of Electrical systems, Plumbing and HVAC, Mechanical systems and preventative maintenance principles
- Proficiency with hand tools and pneumatic tools
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and ability to learn maintenance software systems
