Maintenance Technician, Multifamily (Floating)

Maintenance Technician for multifamily housing responsible for make-ready apartments, including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance to ensure quality move-in experiences. Responds to resident service requests with professional attitude, supports grounds and common areas (including pools, dog park, and snow removal if applicable), and maintains safety procedures. Requires knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, and carpentry; on-call scheduling may be needed for after-hours emergencies; emphasizes delivering superior customer service and adhering to company safety and appearance standards. On-site role with travel between properties; strong attention to safety, documentation, and timely communication with supervisors.
