Job Summary
Maintenance Technician, Multifamily at The Village at Lakewood provides make-ready apartments and timely resident service, performing repairs (plumbing, HVAC, basic electricity, carpentry, painting), grounds and common-area upkeep, and addressing resident requests to ensure a superior move-in experience. Must maintain safety and compliance with fair housing laws, possess a valid driver's license, EPA 608 Type II and a CPO or local city certificate, and be able to travel between properties. On-call availability for after-hours emergencies and a professional appearance per Cushman & Wakefield standards are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
- 1+ years of related experience
- Valid Driver's license
- EPA 608 - Minimum Type II
- CPO or local city required certificate
