Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties responsible for make-ready apartments (painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs), responding to resident service requests with professionalism, and maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities. Skills include plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, carpentry, painting; on-call after-hours emergencies; adherence to safety and fair housing laws; on-site attendance and timely reporting; and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor. Role involves travel between properties and delivering superior customer service to residents. Requires valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city certification where applicable. Education commonly includes high school diploma, GED, or related technical/trade training. Compensation ranges $21.68-$25.50 per hour, with a field-appropriate compensation package and equal opportunity employment statement.
