Job Summary
Maintenance Technician, Multifamily at Cushman & Wakefield provides on-site maintenance support for Belara Lakes residents, handling make-ready apartments, routine repairs (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry), painting, cleaning, grounds and common-area upkeep, and timely responses to resident service requests while upholding safety, fair housing, and quality move-in experiences. Requires EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local certificate, valid driver’s license, 1+ years of related experience, ability to travel between properties, and high school diploma or equivalent. On-call and on-site presence are expected, with emphasis on timely, professional communication and delivering superior resident service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
- 1+ years of related experience
- EPA 608 - Minimum Type II and CPO or local city required certificate
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to read/understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to prepare and interpret bar graphs
- Travel between properties as needed
