Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for a multifamily property responsible for make-ready tasks (painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs) and responding to resident service requests to ensure quality move-in experiences. Duties include maintaining grounds and amenities (pools/hot tubs/dog park), on-site safety, punctual on-site attendance, and timely reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. Must have knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, carpentry, painting, and snow removal (if applicable); ability to read manuals and safety rules; ability to compute basic math and prepare reports; on-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies; adhere to fair housing laws and dress in Cushman & Wakefield uniform. Requires EPA 608 Type II and CPO or equivalent certification, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation range is $22.10 - $26.00 per hour; travel between properties may be required.
Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
- 1+ years of related experience
