Maintenance Technician - Multifamily

Perform all work in accordance with ARTISAN policies and federal, state, and local laws, including Fair Housing and ADA compliance. Maintain community buildings, equipment, and grounds while responding to work orders, including after-hours on-call requests. Inspect common areas and residential units to identify and address maintenance issues proactively. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems, and complete building repairs such as drywall, flooring, doors, and windows. Maintain pools, spas, chemicals, and associated safety equipment where applicable. Keep tools and storage areas organized and secure while participating in required training programs.
