Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at CloudTen Residential supports and maintains multiple residential properties, performing preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, and custodial tasks while ensuring safety, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction. The role requires coordinating with the Community Manager, managing inventory and supplies, handling move-in/move-out readiness, and being available for on-call service across sites in Berkeley Heights, Kent, Patagonia Village, and Woodinville. The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-year certificate or 2 years related experience, a valid driver’s license for on-call duties, and proficient Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on safety and quality service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license in good standing for on call purposes
- Proficient at Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Tech savvy
- Ability to perform preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance across Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Pool, and custodial tasks
- Commitment to safety regulations and PPE usage
