Maintenance Technician (Multi-Family, Raleigh)

Conduct electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting repairs on structures including showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors. Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems while performing preventative maintenance activities. Make ready units for new move-ins and complete grounds work such as sweeping, light landscaping, and pool maintenance. Coordinate special projects as directed by the maintenance supervisor or property manager. Handle 24-hour emergency maintenance during pre-scheduled times and work some weekends. Requires HVAC certification (CFC) and CPO, plus a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
