Job Summary
Maintenance Technician sought for 1st Shift at a Ronceverte, WV plant to maintain production equipment, ensure safe operations, and support continuous improvement. Responsibilities include performing lubrication, preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, servicing belts, drums, lacing, and tracking adjustments; working with small tools, electric/pneumatic tools, and understanding single and three-phase wiring; handling components like proximity switches, photo eyes, limit switches, V-belt drives, shafts, sprockets, rollers, and repairing hydraulic and electrical circuits; welding, forklift maintenance, and general facility maintenance (roofs, doors, drains, restrooms, grounds); documenting supplies and equipment performance; and maintaining safety, quality, and communication within the team. Requires strong mechanical background, troubleshooting skills, safety commitment, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Education: high school diploma or GED; 5+ years industrial maintenance experience; Journeyman apprenticeship preferred. Overtime, early hours, and potential extended shifts are expected.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial maintenance environment or equivalent
- Journeyman apprenticeship preferred

- 5+ years in industrial maintenance
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with welding and forklift maintenance
- Experience with belts, pulleys, gears, hydraulics, pneumatics, and lubrication
- Safety-conscious with good attendance
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical controls and wiring (single/three phase)
- Ability to read schematics/blueprints
- Teamwork and communication skills
