Job Summary
Follow a preventative maintenance program covering paint touch-ups, grounds, building tour readiness, lighting, gutter clearance, and pathway safety. Ensure building and grounds remain clean, immaculate, and appealing to residents, guests, and prospects. Provide accurate documentation for all systems and equipment, including fire sprinklers, extinguishers, monitoring systems, kitchen hoods, elevators, boilers, nurse call systems, generators, HVAC, and PTAC units. Assist new residents and family members with move-in tasks during admissions and discharges. Maintain OSHA compliance and coordinate building repairs with a valid driver's license. Work full-time Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with every other weekend coverage at The Barclay at Parksquare.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Working knowledge of OSHA compliance and laws
- Construction experience in coordinating building repairs
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
