Job Summary
Handle routine work orders and emergency maintenance requests for a residential rental community in Kansas City, Missouri. Perform minor repairs including fixing broken locks, painting, and replacing flooring. Execute basic plumbing tasks like fixing leaky faucets and install appliances. Manage grounds keeping, clean vacant units, and maintain general facilities. Must be available for an on-call rotation and work with hand and electrical tools. Candidates should be able to complete assignments with minimal supervision and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and bending. A valid driver's license is required.
