Job Summary
Hands-on Maintenance Technician to support store-level repairs, preventative maintenance across multiple retail locations; responsibilities include on-site repairs (electrical, plumbing, drywall, lighting, storefront), quarterly preventative maintenance walkthroughs, route planning to maximize efficiency, ticketing and documentation (respond within 24 hours, meet SLAs, upload before/after photos), inventory and tool management, and evaluating repair vs. replace decisions with awareness of landlord responsibilities when applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of general maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Ability to perform minor electrical, plumbing, and drywall repairs
- Strong organizational skills and experience working within ticketing systems
- Valid driver’s license required
