Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role focused on keeping multifamily communities safe and well-maintained. Responsibilities include managing make-ready processes, inspecting units, handling resident service requests, coordinating with the Service Manager, maintaining records and reports, ensuring safety and compliance, supervising contractors when needed, and delivering high-quality service to residents. Must read blueprints or sketches, understand building codes and Fair Housing/ADA/OSHA standards, operate toolkits, and communicate effectively with residents and team members. Requires OSHA/EPA certification and reliable transportation; able to lift up to 50 lbs; on-call and weekend work may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- At least 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience OR technical trade school
- EPA Certification required
- Willing to work weekends and travel/overnight when needed
Desired Qualifications
- EPA Certification
- CPO or CAMT certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Willing to work weekends and travel/overnight when needed
- Experience with RealPage products (OneSite/Ops Technology) is a plus
