Maintenance Technician

Handle service requests for repairs and improvements of vacant apartments to a market-ready status, including light bulb changes, caulking, filter changes, touch-up painting, lock repairs, snow removal, and pool maintenance. Perform on-call emergency service as required and report maintenance concerns for vacants, models, clubhouse, and common areas to the Maintenance Director. Assist in monitoring inventory, driving motorized vehicles for company business, and delivering communications to residents. Maintain open communication with property management while representing the Company in a professional manner.
