Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role focused on maintaining residential apartments and supporting facilities to ensure resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include general maintenance and repair of apartments and related common areas, painting/drywall, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC tasks, turns and grounds upkeep, and completing work orders with hand tools and small power tools. Must follow detailed instructions, maintain safety standards and MMG policies, and provide professional, timely service. Qualifications include High School or GED; trade school training and one year of related experience are a plus; reliable transportation; benefits include 401(k) and various insurance options, PTO, and retirement plan.
