Maintain residential apartments and facilities, perform repairs, installations, and general maintenance using hand tools and small power tools; handle apartment turns, grounds and parking lot upkeep, and respond to work orders for residents; experience in electrical, plumbing, appliances, painting/drywall, carpentry, and heating/air systems is a plus; follow detailed instructions and safety standards to ensure professional, timely maintenance and resident satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
